How Does This NLP Certification Programme Work?
Ashton's NLP Practitioner Certification programme has received approval from the AMERICAN BOARD OF NLP and the Association of Hypnotherapy Practitioners, Malaysia (AHPM). Led by the primary instructor, Ms. Kiki Ng, and her carefully chosen team of Master Practitioner graduates who are deeply passionate about spreading NLP, these courses aim to assist individuals in enhancing their leadership skills, relationships, and overall well-being.
The NLP Practitioner Certification course span a duration of 6 days, featuring 5 days of onsite instructor-led sessions, a half-day practical exam, and another half day for the (online) written exam. The overall performance of participants is influenced by pre-course and onsite assignments, as well as practical exercises, all designed to contribute to the undergraduates' comprehensive understanding of NLP.
Upon completion of the program, participants will acquire the ability to manage their emotions and motivation effectively, communicate persuasively, understand and respect others, ultimately leading to improvements in their career, mental health and relationships. Considering these huge benefits, the 6-day commitment is a very worthwhile investment.

What Do I Get Certified As?
Ashton Training Academy PLT is an approved School of the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), therefore Ashton's NLP Practitioner Certification Programme is recognised and approved by ABNLP. When you sign up for NLP Practitioner Certification programme and upon passing the practical and written exams, you will receive an official NLP Practitioner Certificate issued by Ashton Training Academy PLT, signed by Kiki Ng, with ABNLP's official logo. You may opt to apply to be a member of ABNLP with this certificate (subject to an annual subscription fee), and receive and ABNLP certificate.
What Is NLP and How Does It Work?
NLP stands for "Neuro Linguistic Programming".
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an approach that examines the interplay between the (N) neurological processes, (L) language, and (P) Programming or learned behavioral patterns, to understand and influence human perception, communication, and behavior. Founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP involves effective modeling or replicating successful thought and behavior patterns, understanding subjective experiences, and identifying sensory channels through which individuals perceive, create and communicate their model of the world. Practitioners utilize techniques like anchoring and language pattern analysis to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, alter behaviors, and enhance communication skills.
In essence, NLP aims to influence thought and behavior by examining and modifying the ways individuals perceive and communicate with the world. It offers tools for personal growth and change through the observation and replication of successful mental and behavioral patterns, utilizing a diverse set of techniques to empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Is There Any Requirement To Take This Course?
NLP can be taught to children aged 8 and above, who understands language and adults who are open to change and willing to explore their unlimited potentials and possibilities.
