In order to protect or maintain our image, we label self and others all the time.
By labeling others, we are indirectly saying 'I am not like that'.
Labeling limits our growth when it becomes hardwired in our neurology.
Life becomes much more stressful when our self-fulfilling prophecy kicks in to find evidences to support the labels.
What labels have you given yourself or received from others that are not helpful?
What if you didn't have those labels?
What was life like before those labels or how would your life be like without them?
When will you discard those labels or look curiously at how you can turn them over?
Ashton specialises in mental training and life coaching using NLP.
