Course Overview

NLP Junior Leadership Certificate – Basic 103 is the final module of a structured leadership development journey designed to cultivate junior and emerging leaders within the organization.

This 2-day program focuses on developing essential coaching skills, fostering empowerment, and reinforcing personal leadership values. Participants will explore the core distinctions between coaching, consulting, and therapy, and learn how to apply NLP-based leadership techniques to coach themselves and others effectively in real-world team dynamics.

This immersive, experiential program leverages Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methodologies to equip junior leaders with practical tools for empathetic listening, constructive feedback, goal setting, and milestone coaching.

Using a blend of reflective practice, role play, and NLP frameworks, participants will build their leadership presence, enhance interpersonal influence, and strengthen their capacity to lead and support high-performance teams.

The program is delivered through a face-to-face format and guided by certified leadership coaches.
