Stress is the body's response to pressure, causing physical or emotional tension that affects mood, focus, and health.

Take this Perceived Stress Test to measure what how stress you are under unpredictable, uncontrollable and overloaded situations.

Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)

The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) was developed by Sheldon Cohen, T. Kamarck, and R. Mermelstein in 1983. It is a clinically validated tool widely used to measure perceived stress, and is recognized by healthcare providers globally, including the NHS. The PSS is also a core component of programs like Be Mindful, which assess stress alongside depression and anxiety.

The scale evaluates how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overwhelming individuals perceive their lives to be, offering insight into their current stress levels.
